Queen Paola also goes Drupal

Connexion recently launched the new web site for the Foundation Queen Paola. This new Drupal site informs the public in general and Belgian schools in particular about the Foundation's activities in the three national languages: French, Dutch and German.

The Foundation was set up in 1992 at the request of Princess Paola. It aims at gathering funds to provide effective support to organisations in Belgium that help children and youngsters facing social integration problems. The Foundation annually awards the Queen Paola prize to teachers who have succeeded in adding value to their profession.

The web site offers a news and events section and contains extensive information allowing the target audience to quickly find all necessary details to subscribe to and participate in the Foundation’s projects.

All trilingual information can be accessed easily through a user-friendly mega menu and search engine. For the webmasters  the web site contains a number of sophisticated content management workflow tools that facilitate the reviewing and scheduling of publications and redirect page references from the old web site to their new location.

Combined with quality content, the roll-out of a user-friendly and smart content management system now allows the Queen Paola Foundation to use their new web site as their main communication tool.
